God (Paul?), I really hope Crystal Castles returns to the Polo Fields in 2013. (III) is one of the best albums of the year. And they tore the shit up at Coachella in 2011 (one of the top five best sets of the weekend) and killed it recently at the Hollywood Palladium.

Agreed on all counts. Their 2011 show on the Outdoor and their recent Palladium show were incredible. Honestly, they're a band who keeps getting better and better.

i dont see them going back to the tents anytime soon. from what i remember of the 2011 crowd there is no way they would have fit, memory is a bit foggy though so correct me if im wrong. also they just keep getting bigger the past few years so yea...

while im happy for them i still think seeing them on the main/outdoor stages is a little weird. i just think their sets come across much stronger in the tent, as they are the type of group that really benefits from a feeling of closeness. seeing them on the main stage would sorta feel like watching them on tv
