Default Hopefully not too lame of a request...

...I only went on Friday and it was my first time ever. Of course it was an awesome experience. It also came during a time that I had some challanging stuff going on in my life, so for that day, I was able to forget and enjoy.

I wanted to download a set of one song from each band that was there on Friday, whether or not they sucked or not.

A lot of these bands I didn't know and of course I couldn't get around to seeing all of them.

So, if there are any suggestions for the one great song from the following bands that were there on Friday:

    LuckyIam
Les Savy Fav (I got great pics of that guy)
    Midnight Jauggernauts
    American Bang
    Porter
    Redd Kross
    Battles
    Black Kids
    Porter
    John Butler Trio
    Busy P
    Cut Copy
    Dan Deacon
    Jens Lekman
    Adam Freeland
    Sandra Collins
    Diplo
    Mum
    Santagold
    Aphex Twin
    Aesop Rock
    Datarock
    Spankrock
    Professor Murder
    Pendulum
    Sharon Jones
    Black Lips
    John Butler Trio

I saw a bit of some of these bands, but I still wouldn't know which would be the best track to download.

    Any suggestions really appreciated.

For Aphex Twin, you need to download his whole discography. Enough said.

Jens Lekman - "A Postcard to Nina" or "The Opposite of Hallelujah"
Aesop Rock - "Bring Back Pluto"
Datarock - "Computer Camp Love" or "Fa-Fa-Fa"
Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings - "Nobody's Baby" or "100 Days 100 Nights"
    Upcoming Shows:
    * Dillon Francis + Anamanaguchi -- December 28th

Going to Weekend 1 of Coachella 2014

You forgot to add The National...

That's okay i recommend albums, not single tracks...

However, you can start off by listening to

    Squalor Victoria - Boxer
The Geese of Beverly Road - Alligator
Slipping Husband - Sad Songs for Dirty Lovers
Theory of the Crows - National

Atlas just totally blew my mind at the festival. I was expecting it to be pretty awesome but it was just so amazingly awesome.

I'm a huge Jens fan and I'd recommend "I'm Leaving You Because I Don't Love you" (or just get all of Night Falls Over Kortedala).

Also, seconding "Lights and Music" from Cut Copy and "Hearts on Fire"

I left some bands off because I am already a fan or familiar with them.

Thanks for all of these picks!

I downloaded a couple of Pendulum pics but thanx for the suggestions of AF's 'We want your soul'!!

I saw most of AF's set and that was one of my fav's of the day. I wasn't familiar at all. Now I'm devoted!

I have to wonder how many of these bands/performers did you bother to see to ask for the best of every one, but hey, its music enjoy it.
I got a chance to see a bit of half of those artist's sets. I heard music, I liked but I don't know the names of singles/albums.

    That's why I posted.
