I'm assuming you're joking with mistaking Beyonce for Rihanna.

Anyway, yes. It's a stupid picture. The Beyonce song had a sample of a Major Lazer song, and generally when you sample a song, you list writers of sampled song in new song and credit them as song writers.
This is not new information and most people are stupid enough to think something like that is acurate as far as the making of a song.
