Almost anything off of Warp Records is good, Plaid is something along the same lines. Just for fun you should download some Boris though, this goes for everyone, LISTEN TO BORIS, THEY ROCK.

One of my closest friends runs Plaid's myspace. He's gotta be their biggest fan ever.

also, Ralome is one of the most beautiful pieces of music written.

As an aside to FSOL, make sure you grab Tales of Ephidrina, released under their alias Amorphous Androgynous. So. So fucking good.

    Oh and Synaesthesia.

Oh and Vangelis, because its fucking Vangelis.

I couldn't recommend Tycho any harder to someone who's a BoC fan.

Amorphous Androgynous is a must have..track #6 is probaly one of my all time favorite songs...

Also try to find FFWD a one off project from Robert Fripp/Thomas Fehlmann/Kris Weston/Alax Paterson worth the money if you can find a copy.

Rest Proof Clockwork is possibly the greatest IDM album of all time.
Plaid's transcends the genre IMO. On top of being geniuses at sound design, they've got a massive sense of rhythm and they write some of the most incredible melodies.

    glitch/midtempo:
Bil Bless (aka Son Of The Electronic Ghost)
    Vibesquad
    Tom Burbank
    eDIT
    Breakbeat Buddha
    Peter Digital Orchestra
    Chris de Luca
    Dabrye
    machine drum
    deru
    jega
    mu-ziq
    cex (older stuff)
    gimmik
    dimlite
    bit meddler
    crunch
    Funkstorung
    luke vibert
    Seedling Escape
    flying lotus
    EPROM

    melodic IDM:
    Secede
    Digitonal
    arovane
    ochre
    Multiplex
    Kettel
    SchneiderTM
    L'usine
    Random Rab
    Mr. Projectile

I'll list more if I can think of any
