You are going have an extremely hard time with that.
I'm a photo student and [first] politely asked for a pass, then [second] went on to try to reason the press people... They were nice about it, but it's a no go unless you are legit press. Man, I wish I worked for Rolling Stone or Mojo or Spin already.

i work for the local abc and fox affiliate as a phoojournalist out here in the desert and wasnt able to get in on a press pass. they told me that they are only allowing in magazine photogs on assignment from international magazines.

You can bring in regular point and shoots, just not professional cameras with removable lenses.

yeah..my friends and I tried to get a photo pass and got shut down..so I'm bringing my holga instead..should be fun but I still wish I could have gotten a real camera through the doors. hope you figure something out.
