Deadmau5 vs. The Field set time conflict

I'd have to say this is going to be the biggest conflict for me (another comes close, but I don't feel like getting flamed.) Really wish they'd switch The Field with Holy Fuck!

Anyone else agree this set conflict is a major bummer??

The Field had a pretty sweet performance last summer when it was just him plus Ableton/MIDI controller. This time around with the live band should be a lot more fun.

I'd certainly skip Deadmau5, whose productions I find dull and all quite the same.

He's been billed as a three-piece band up here in Seattle on May 2nd. I mean sure, I can't guarantee that it will be a three-piece at Coachella, but I would be seriously surprised if it was just him.

that's awesome! i love his album but saw him open for !!! last year and it was a snooze fest- the music sounded great but all there was to watch was a guy in a bad sweater standing in front of a computer. will definitely drop by to see what he's doing at coachella given this news- thanks for the tip.
