sick right before coachella

hmmm feels a little bit better today... its just the back of my throat is sore. usually that means a nasty cold/flu is coming on... but i JUST had a cold/flu last week.


im confused, but hopefull.

i'm hoping its just a mind over matter thing....

sucks that i'm going alone.. i need support!

i had a boil on my leg a week ago, and it hurt so bad, i couldn't walk. i was freaking out that i wouldn't be able to go coachella.

i maned up, lanced that shit, and now its healed. anything for coachella.

if your throat hurts, take anything containing amoxicillin. if it doesn't hurt but it's kinda itchy, take any medication containing chlorpheniramine.

and drink a lot of water (not cold water obviously).

if your throat hurts, it's probably the drainage from your head making it sore. I'm just getting over the same thing

and ya, no refined sugars...it kills your immune system.

I am dreading the allergies this weekend, and then of course the Coachella Sickness afterwards (I was sick for a month last May, had to get at the polo field gunk out my system).

BUT it's sooooo worth it!
