I would definitely go in on a large room. Fuck, I'd sleep on the floor for this lineup. I'm just worried about the very finite amount of tickets. Lodging on-site goes on sale along with tickets as I read it. How are we going to organize the lodging? And this is also assuming that any of us can get tickets to this magic event at all. There's only 3000 total after all. What if only one of us gets tickets?

I wonder if we'll be able to sneak people into the rooms. Anyway, according to the website, the first batch of tickets will be on sale this friday. So, there will be still a second one but with accommodations in a nearby hotel.

You should work out ahead of time how many people you wish to buy tickets for and share accommodations with, then decide who is going to be the ticket buyer. You will be asked first how many festival passes you wish to buy. These cost $225 each and will gain you entrance into the three day festival including all performances, plus applicable booking fee.

You will then be asked whether you wish to purchase accommodations. If you choose yes, you will be asked which room you wish to purchase and how many people you intend on having sleep in it.

Please note that the person whose credit card is used to purchase the tickets will be required to be present at the site to collect the tickets in an effort to prevent scalping. If the person whose credit card is used cannot be present, a photocopy of the front and back of their card along with the email confirmation letter they received when purchasing the tickets will be required.

Well. I'm in for 1 for sure. I'll know tonight whether or not i'll be +1. I'll totally throw in my share on the room ASAP assuming I get a ticket. I can either get you cash since you are local, or hook you up via paypal.

Maybe the best way to coordinate is have one person dedicated to getting the room (it's a prompt that comes up after you have already secured your ticket from what I can tell). And we can all report here right away on whether we got tickets so we can know what size of room to nab. I don't think we need to stress out too much on a room because there are several hotels in the area, and it's a small event. It would be really nice to get one of the on campus rooms.

Count me in also. One of my friends will try to buy 1 tix for me tomorrow. Just in case we need more (or if 2 of my friends finally decide to join me there later <- I doubt it/not likely), I will also ask him to try and book another 1 room for 3 persons (max I can afford right now). I wonder if thats allowed (i.e - invisible, - will you able to reserve a room for multiple people even if you are just buying 1 tix?).

*My tent is all set. Plane landed at PSP around 2 PM PT then I arrived at campsite > 4 PM. Weather is not too bad, maybe high in 80s. Tomorrow will suck.*
