ozzfest will announce their lineup on tuesday and right now the big rumors are possibly the following:

rage headlining or tool or even metallica.

ozzfest also is trying to scope out alice in chains to be a part of the festival.

i dont know if rage would do it but tool might. its possible. we shall see on tuesday.

Why would rage announce they are doing ozzfest before even playing coachella which they said would be their one time show? And tool? They have their own tour going, would make more sense to add more shows to their current tour than go on with ozzfest. Plus I can't see them playing to the ozzfest crowd anymore.

Jerry Cantrell sings a lot of the songs and sometimes they bring out special guest vocalists. I was going to see them last year, but they cancelled. I have seen Jerry Cantrell 3 times though and he ROCKED. The second show I saw him at he played the AIC song "whale and wasp"...pure bliss

i think it wll be ozzy headlining then about 20 so-so bands. ozzfest, i still enjoy going to, but it is on the downslide now... metallica will probably do their own thing. always have. tool doubt it and rage is a myth. i doubt it as well.......
