do food venors accept credit cards?

i've gone he past several years but i just can't remember if food vendors accepted credit cards.

But the merch tent does take credit cards, and there are ATMs (with service fees) on site.

personally i think it's easier to carry a credit card and an ID, than to deal with wads of cash that end up in various pockets, can easily be lost, harder to keep track of, etc... plus, when your cash is gone (i.e., lost or stolen) it's gone, whereas a credit card can be replaced... that's my 2 cents (pun fully intended)

we don't have an option inside, in the past food vendors only took cash. I would rather carry a credit card around as well but it's not going to do any use this weekend.
I think one year the ATM inside the festival ran out of money. Cash will be less hassle this weekend. Two dollars for a water, lemonade for four dollars. And maybe a credit card on the first day to buy a keepsake.

yeah, I was thinking about a card for emergencies too. But I can't seem to rationalize how a credit card will save me during a zombie apocalypse.
