I wonder if they are planning something special for Saturday?
I love being in the middle of a crowded sahara, dancing away....good times.
you kidding? there was plenty of room near the back...
I'm a reasonable man, get off my case.
admittedly i was extremely high, but i seem to remember having plenty of room just hanging around the back of the tent under the speakers

There was definitely room in the back. That's where I was. But my friend and I were so fucking exhausted from being in the oppressive heat since 10:30 AM that we watched one song and left. It was one of my biggest Coachella regrets, but since they are coming back this year it is all good. Plus, the recording that boldcaptain did was really good and sort of made up for missing it.
The setlist in Minneapolis was:
( don`t look if you wanna be surprised )
1 THE MAN MACHINE
2 PLANET OF VISIONS
3 NUMBERS
4 COMPUTERWORLD
5 TOUR DE FRANCE
6 VITAMIN
7 AUTOBAHN
8 COMPUTERLOVE
9 THE MODEL
10 NEONLICHT
11 SHOWROOMDUMMIES
12 RADIOACTIVITY
13 TRANS EUROPA EXPRESS
ENCORE
14 ROBOTS
15 ELEKTROKARDIOGRAMM
16 AERODYNAMIK
17 MUSIK NON STOP
i didnt read it, and i'm not going to.
or, i'm going to TRY not to read it.
oh fuck it. i cant wait.
99% likely
Now I have some more detailed information about the setlist
here:

how was the show in minneapolis? good?
True or not, thats a shit silly reason not to perform for thousands of people who love you and your music.
I can't wait to be up front and effing center for Kraftwerk.
Dude...that sux!!! I remember being front to mid tent area and having plenty of room to get my boogy on...I was in unbelieveable heaven and so excited it was taking everything in me to keep from peeing my pantz or shall I say shorts!!! Good luck this year...
Yes, thatīs very likely
I mean they knew about the record of the Bush-Administration way before they have agreed to play Coachella and planned the gigs here - not to mention that they have already been here in 2004. This "Bush" rumour isn`t plausible at all!
I guess he has health problems or he is a bit bitchy ( wouldnīt be the first time since he hates touring ). So maybe he will be at Coachella but he simply didn`t want to play the warm-up-gigs. I hope so!
I don`t want to miss to "the master of the concise interview"
A.k.a "Don Schneider"
I'm betting he is just sick and wasn't able to make this short tour of the US, but the rest of the group didn't wanna cancel the gigs. So I think no Florian at Coachella, but oh well, I'll still be having a good time with em.
lol at you guys taking wikipedia seriously for your information

A message to anyone who decides to skip Kraftwerk because of no Florian:
Don't come crying a week from now when everyone who saw them tells you how fucking awesome it was.
Cos if last night in Milwaukee is anything to go by, it will be.
A teenage dream, so hard to beat...
Well, I know there has been much speculation between main stage and sahara for Kraftwerk. I would saw it's leaning more towards the sahara tent for them. I wrote the writer of the Denver Post an email about what they printed and it goes something like this...
"From: Matt [mailto:mkluk@cox.net]

To: Baca, Ricardo
Subject: The Denver Post: Go see Kraftwerk, and get in touch with your inner robot
Mr. Baca,
I was just wondering if Kraftwerk is really headlining “one of the dance tents at the Coachella Festival”? Is this good information?
Just a music lover checking on possible conflicts.
Matthew
hey there, matt. that is the word that we're hearing.
have fun.
ricardo"
Looks like an impending Prince/Kraftwerk conflict. Fuck.
I love music, and I hate vowels.
