Doors are my favorite way to conspicuously enter rooms*. The other night, it was dark in my house and I thought one of the doors was ajar, but as it turns out it was closed and I walked straight into it.

The door to the room I am in right now is sort of a terra cotta red and has a Tom Waits poster on it. There's a knob about halfway down, and all the hardware would appear to be brass although I haven't taken a closer look to see. There's a small scratch running up the side from the time I thought moving the large wooden bedframe by myself was a good idea, but other than that it's mint condition and would most likely fetch a reasonable sum should I choose to release it from my collection.





*I included "conspicuously" here because sometimes if you're trying to sneak in, a window or A/C duct is better and thus would probably be considered my favorite method of covert room-entry.

denver, detroit, san francisco, la a couple of times ... its like how they talk about gorgeo bordello sp here ... on disk, they are so so, live it is pretty special .... and of course all the gals loved Jim, so before the shows were over, there was ladies underware all over ... x****

that would have been some of the LA shows in 72 i went too ... fun times on the strip ...x****

i lived in LA (La Harbra) from 70-72 so a lot of the old gang played there all the time ... t rex, janis, jimi, et al .... oh well, i love the music today just as much ...i should say sonically todays music "may" be better but the times made the music somewhat more important then today imho .. x****

yeah that must have be cool live in LA at that time. i think all generations have their own special jems. morrison, hendrix, dylan, radiohead, the smiths, pink floyd, sabbath ect.
but i agree that the sixties were one of the greatest times in musical history.... thanks to acid

haha yeh he did on July 3, 1971. i think that lady dropped a little to much at those shows in 71 , if she even went, and thought she was living in 1972 or somthing.
