Am I the only person that does not like DCFC?

I dislike them too. I don't know what it is about them. The music's not terrible, but the lead singer pisses me off so bad for some reason.

generic alt rock crap. their new single was catchy, but the album blows. i must admit, they are adorable. ive known many a teen that got into death cab before getting into indie and other good music.
must also give walla cred for producing decemberists albums.
but for a band that takes their name from a beatles movie, they blow extra hard.

But still I like quite a few of their songs, not gonna deny just to fit in..on the other hand I can understand why a lot of people dont like them.

Death cab was my gateway to "indie" but I still love them. And I'm not a teen girl.

I saw them when they toured with Franz. Franz and The Cribs opened.

From what I have heard Ben Gibbard is a bit of a dick. Doesn't change the fact I like their music though.

I really like Transatlanticism and I think I'm one of the few who also really likes Plans. I've heard at best average things about the new CD, but I'm still looking forward to seeing them. They were pretty good at Lolla a couple years ago.

Yeah it's funny. Out here in Berkeley if you get close to the campus you typically see a ton of cars usually driven by girls with tons of DCFC stickers on em.. You rarely see an indie girl driving around with a Pavement sticker anymore :/ Where'd all the hot indie girls go?
