hmm.
you know who'd fit in that gap quite comfortably?
blur.
highly unlikely, but hey. this IS the wish list section.

Im down for Blur
Stevie Wonder, Jurassic 5!!, Magnetic Man, Pogo, Tycho, Tears for Fears 2013
Coach 06,07,08,09,10,11,12,13(1)
Sasquatch 12
Lolla 11(Chile)
VOODOO 11
Street Scene 07,08,09
Rock the Bells 07
U2 would fit, too, keeping with the tradition of insanely bigger-than-life headliners in 2008.
2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2012b, 2013a
oh dear god.
I'd almost, ALMOST, take coldplay over U2.
fucking crap.
why don't we just just go to a fucking dave matthews band concert and fucking shoot ourselves in the face.
I WOULD TAKE EITHER BAND OVER U2.
U2 is the most overrated band of all time (how many times do i have to hear the same guitar riff over and over and over - and furthermore, who consistently wears sunglasses indoors? and who calls themselves "the edge"? - at least everyone admits that coldplay and dave are nothing original.
wow, another thread over this "gap"? God, you guys don't know when to stop do you?
Blur would be cool. U2 would be cooler. Suck it up and admit it.

This would never happen in a billion years, but my friend mentioned ABBA. haha
ABBA appreciation thread
And yeah...not in a billion years, not even for a billion dollars.
Oh, and I'd totally be down with Blur
"It's gone in the Gap!"
"It's all happening..."

QUEEN!
if they're going to fill it, they're going to do it with a legend - reunited Pink Floyd, David Bowie, Jay-Z (for hip hop), the Police, etc. if not, then the gap is there because people (like me) would laugh if Jack Johnson found himself in the company of Prince and Roger Waters at the top of the poster.
I'm tired of speculating and resigned myself to the reality that we are done with additions and this lineup is still awesome.
Just keep in mind that most of these "predicted" bands haven't done anything lately, and a band not currently would need plenty of rehearsing to prepare for a festival performance, and if someone like U2 or David Bowie were doing rehearsals, everyone would already know.
Besides, everyone knows Gap Band is playing.
I think Gorillaz would be way sweeter than Blur. They rarely do shows so when they do they go all out. I have the Demon Days Live concert DVD. Fucking unreal!
