speaking of forest riding, anyone do the twenty-five mile Big Pine Trail at Big Bear Lake? There are a bunch of historical sites on the ride. Belleville, Holcomb Valley, Two-Gun Bill’s Saloon and Hangman’s Tree. Attempting her on Monday. We (yes, my brother is riding again) got a $60 Travelodge hotel room in town for the weekend, hashish & marijuana, the Charger SNF game, drinks. More excited than bats-in-a-barn during a tornado.

Hixon Trail in Hemet was one of the nastiest, craziest beasts ever encountered. Flipped it off a bunch of times after finally making it down. Very numb and sore today.

Hitting this on Sunday up by Snow Summit in Big Bear and hopefully there aren’t a ton of annoying bicyclists sashaying around with their culos up in the air. Followed by some supposed good offroad trails around Lake Arrowhead. On Skywalker. It's a nice weed to smoke and it also parlays into Star Wars jokes and stuff.

So. 1litro gets up to go to work this morning, and there's an empty space in the carport where his R1 should be. Yep. GONE. (Yes, we have all the keys in our possession.) The cop who has the case file said his R6 was stolen last June, and he never saw it again.

    NO, YOU NITWIT.

Husband's R1 was stolen sometime in the night. The cop's R6 was stolen last summer. He was just giving us a head's up that chances are the bike will not be recovered.

Besides nearly been involved a physical altercation with 6’6” giant, wildebeest faced redneck pest and his son-in-training after blowing a truck tire in front of their compound, great trip to Johnson Valley last weekend. So vast, so much to explore. Planned to do a full moon ride through Joshua Tree, but just too burnt out. Did hit Pappy Harriots Sat night (there is this friendly hostess who looks like the Mongolian bar owner gal from Raiders of the Lost Ark...omg. Excellent chili dog there too). Perfect weather this time of year out there...tee shirt during the day, tee shirt at night. Going to drain the gas out of bike now and clean.
