    Default MY BLOODY VALENTINE

Does anyone know what happend to them this year? There was a strong rumur that they were playing in this year's line up. There were also Magazine articles about a My Bloody Valentine reunion for Coachella 08'. I must say if they did reunite, it would have been amazing to say the least. So stoked to see The Verve once again! How bout a Stone Roses reunion? ha!

ever feel like we are all connected somehow...

    I was just reading this,

    http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdail...nce-explained/

    then saw this thread. funny

When the Coachella line-up was announced last month, many questioned the absence of the much-rumored My Bloody Valentine reunion. Whispers of MBV frontman Kevin Shields negotiating with Coachella date back to August 2007, but instead the festival announced Jack Johnson, Portishead and Roger Waters as the headliners. So why were they left off the bill? Coachella founder Paul Tollett tells NME, “I was hanging out with Kevin (Shields) over at the Led Zeppelin (reunion concert in December), and he said it was just too early. Coachella’s in April and I don’t think they’ll be ready yet.” This is a band that’s been inactive for eighteen years; you’d think they’d find ample time to practice. My Bloody Valentine does have a trio of European dates scheduled for later in the summer, and Tollett promises “Don’t worry. They’ll come to America.”
Then I will hold you down and spit her percolations all over you until you're as greasy as the day she regrets pushing your big fat ass out her big fat cunt.

They need to move JJ to Saturday before Prince...and Have Kraftwerk/Portishead/Aphex Twin on the main stage on friday....then they can make room for MBV on Sunday before Roger Waters....there done! Or better yet...move Put Kraftwerk after Prince and JJ on Sat and have Portishead headline Fri with Aphex closing out the festival...and have MBV before Portishead............I really need to shut up now....

Loveless and Isn't Anything are the more well known from their discography. I'd start with Loveless.

They'd work well for Sunday. Right before Waters. Sunday's pretty dead as it is.
