    I'm lucky - using the folks winter home at Thunderbird Golf Club.
    It's pretty deserted this time of year so me and my buddies can kick it well by the pool.
    Anyone else staying in Rancho Mirage?
    We come in from Seattle early in the week (5th Coachella).

    The Yardhouse is a pretty good hangout in Ranco Mirage and The Cliffhouse in La Quinta has great cold drinks and 2for1 happy hour appetizers.

    Oh, and then there's Shakeys Pizza in PS!

    Bummer...I hope that doesn't happen this family owns 2 hotels in the area but the one I stay at has a pool...she calls us when announcements come out so if anything like that were to happen...she'd call us!!! It has gotten to feel like visiting family since we have such a good history with her.
