Why are all the prince threads locked?

I want to talk about prince. Is that not allowed?

honestly?... because Dani wants it to appear that there are 50 threads popping up instantly about Prince (especially with all the publicity this is generating... for example: my mom heard about Prince playing Coachella on the tv news)... if Dani wasn't locking them all then there would probably only be two or three threads and they need to make it look like this is a really, really big deal (just look at the homepage for crying out loud...), not saying it isn't a big deal, but i AM saying they feel the need to make it an even bigger deal for publicity reasons...

case in point, is she points out that there is another Prince thread to discuss this, but every single one has been locked... and there wasn't even another one bumped higher than the locked ones for about 8 hours...

Nope. It is blasphemy. In fact, starting tomorrow, Prince is going to become a censored word in the message board text database. So every time someone types Prince, it will be read as ******.

all the talk on this board has got me looking forward to Prince... but other than, that i'm not really a fan, so it didn't do much for me... even though i realize that to others this is HUGE! and will make those awesome dreams of a non-packed Coach vanish...


but i would've preferred if The Bees hadn't cancelled and Prince stayed home...
