This would be impossible to top. *fingers crossed*
my bad dudes, ROGER WATERS! of course, duh
It won't happen, but we can still dream.
not happening.....but I really, really hope I'm completely wrong
'99-'11...
god i hope so, but i havent heard of Goldenvoice having a track record with humanitarianism. I guess if Gilmour and Waters did what Gilmour did with Live 8, maybe it's possible (i.e., donate what you made to charity). But seriously, doubtful. Fingers and toes crossed. Would that make this the greatest concert in the history of mankind? i think so...
A reunion would be awesome. I don't care which is playing that night! I'll be happy no matter what!
I think I'm the only one who feels this way, but if I had to pick one member of floyd other than waters to see WITH waters, it'd be wright, not gilmour
pink floyd was what they were because of the ambient and psychedelic elements of their music. their CONCEPTS. pink floyd was who they were because of synthesizers. which wright played and manipulated.
and don't get me wrong. I fuckin LOVE gilmour
Upcoming: 05/25/13 - Fleetwood Mac - Hollywood Bowl (Hollywood, CA); 05/29/13 - Arctic Monkeys - Sunshine Theater (Albuquerque, NM); 05/30/13 - The Postal Service - Red Rocks (Morrison, CO); Bjork performing Biophilia - 06/02/13 - Hollywood Palladium (Hollywood, CA); Bjork - 06/11/13 - Hollywood Bowl (Hollywood, CA);
i can't say but then who will?
Pumpers like to pump, Pumpers Need to pump.
i think it's a possibility.....dark side of the moon just turned 35 and all....and if they were to reunite, wouldn't it make the most sense to do it at coachella???? im not gonna hold my breath for it, but it's possible.
London (ANI): Legendary rock band Pink Floyd are all set to reunite for a charity gig, it has emerged. Drummer Nick Mason confirmed the band's reunion and said that they just had to find the right cause to support.
"I'm pretty sure we'll play together again," The Sun quoted Mason, as saying. Pink Floyd have made up after a 20-year grudge. "We're not at each other's throats now," Mason said.
The band last performed at the London Live 8 concert in 2005, mending the rift between Dave Gilmour and Roger Waters. Pink Floyd fell out in the Eighties over who owned the band's name.

I don't think they will play Sunday but if it did happen it would be epic.
If it did happen there would be sooooooo many unhappy people on the Bonnaroo boards. I already saw them complaining about where does Goldenvoice get this endless money to book random acts? (reaction to Prince add).
