I'm going to a Super Bowl party at a friend's place. I'm picking up a bottle of wine tonight to take over there, and we're picking up the obligatory bucket of hot wings on Sunday to take over there.

Go Colts!!! (My team pretty much sucked this year, so the party is mainly an excuse for me to get as hungover as possible before work on Monday).

Trey, stop rooting for the Colts before I have to put a curse on you.

I'm a New York Giants fan in football. That in itself is currently more curse than anything you could do to me, but do your worst :-)

I'm trying to decide between going to my brother's with his 50-inch hi-def TV or having a party at my house with my measly 40-inch hi-def TV. My bro invited me to his house, but my boyfriend invited our friends to our house. But my brother has a pool table and all my other brothers & sisters will be there and my nieces and nephews… I’m such a Libra, I can’t decide what to do…
Yeah, well, luck pushed me first.

True, but in addition, their secondary was awful, they couldn't keep linebackers healthy, and then when Strahan and/or Umenyiora would be out injured, that really highlighted the weaknesses in the defense. Plus, after Toomer went down, you really had one receiver (not counting Shockey) that defenses had to focus on. (And I still can't believe when they played the Bears, missed the field goal, and basically watched Hester return the ball for a touchdown).

I don't even know what I want the Giants to draft in the first round this year. They need players in so many positions.

The wine is for certain female attendees (including one of the hosts) who don't drink beer. As for me, I'll be drinking anything that says beer (but not Coors Light) somewhere on the label.

oh yeah...and Bug has a point also. And they better be mutha fuckin hot wings. That mild wings shit pisses me off. If you're going to eat them mild, then forget any sort of hot sauce flavor. Put something else on them.
