no update on tour dates yet, but we seem to have a release date for Part of the Weekend Never Dies dvd. according to amazon it'll be out sept 9th.

As someone from LA i would prefer to go to SF for Soulwax and then spend my halloween in San Fran..But if im in LA will i waste my Halloween @ a festival that i have no respect for? this is a tuff one...

so I was at virgin yesterday and asked when they were expecting the dvd. the dude looked it up in the computer, which told him it was released in august and they had 9 copies. he couldn't locate a copy for me though. I'm sure the computer was wrong.

I had it preordered from the Amazon.co.uk store. (Though I live in the US, the version the US store is selling is not the same box set.)

They tell me it was sent out on the 9th, and I should be getting it the 16th.
The only problem is the DVD will most likely be PAL encoded, but I have my ways around that, well prepared. I can't wait to see it.

old dvd players dont usually have problems with that, or your computer... there are always ways around it.
