It sounds like an intimate performance but the sound is excellent. I'm about 5 songs in and I really think this one is worth it. It's not a shitty recording by any means. Sounds like soundboard, damn near flawless. No not acapella.

I think they were radio broadcasts and/or webcasts that just a handful of shows on the summer 2006 tour w/Bauhaus & TV on the radio were lucky to get, so that explains the quality.

When I heard that this cover was being done I immediately thought that Reznor was going to slow it down to almost a "Reptile" tempo really making a haunting version of the song and KO was going to put a lot of swagger into the vocals kinda like she does in "Gold Lion". I still love what I am hearing none the less.

I think that KO and Trent do a justifiable cover. Its perfect for KO, sounds almost effortless like she can do Zepplin in her sleep. The movie doesn't look half bad either. This song definitely makes me want to go listen to Happiness In Slavery now though.

YES. Now THIS is how a teaser trailer is done. In one minute and 39 seconds I went from having absolutely no interest in this movie to being pretty fucking stoked. Damn you Fincher! Damn you!

According to the The Hollywood Reporter, Trent Reznor's long-in-the-works HBO/BBC miniseries "Year Zero" now has a writer. The miniseries, based on Nine Inch Nails' dystopic 2007 concept album, has been in development since last year and a subject of rumors for way longer than that. And now Jim Uhls, the man who wrote the Fight Club screenplay (as well as the incomprehensible teleportation thriller Jumper), will write the miniseries.

The Zep cover sounds great. In fact, I fucking love it! I can't wait to hear the full song. I've always been a fan of Immigrant Song too. I'm excited that they seem to be making progress on Year Zero. Things are happening.
