Fat Tuesday's (there's one under the MGM Grand, right by the entrance) is a great, cheap way to get fucked up fast.

if you want to get all dolled up and throw a lot of $$$ away, there are a lot of new high class "lounges" that have popped up (blush at the wynn, cathouse at LAX). But if i know my coachella peeps, i'd highly recommend Diablo's Cantina in front of the Monte Carlo on the strip (closer to tropicana than flamingo, but still walking dist from harrahs). no cover, no dress code, good food, dj up stairs....oh ya, i have a crap load of free beer coupons for that place too (friend of mine promotes for that place). margaritaville is a great spot too.

Maybe it's just me and bad memories from that place but it totally sucks. The biker douchebag level and the wannabe SoCal shit aura is at all time highs at this place. I specifically went to my first Coachella in 05' as an act of defiance against this event.

Otherwise I love Laughlin. The casinos are not like Downtown Vegas or The Strip but its still nice and fun and the table limits are reasonable and drinks are free and the service can be good.
