The Rakes, Madonna, Head Automatica were all late additions last year.
I'm sure they'll add a couple more acts at least one to each day. I'm hoping for : The Blood Brothers, The Presets, Moving Units!

Underworld should definitely headline Sahara, preferably Saturday night. I saw them at Field Day Fest, that disaster of a concert that was supposed to be a two day campout in upstate New York and got moved to one day in Giants Stadium, and to top it all it ended up being a bitter cold rainy-as-fuck day in the middle of June, so everyone was just miserable for the first six hours, not into the music at all. Then Underworld came on, and they rocked the seriously unhappy crowd so hard that hundreds of people were jumping down from the bleachers to get their rave on in the middle of a cold downpour. Impressive, to say the least.
Satellite Party will probably be added.
Possible:
Morrissey
Modest Mouse
Underworld
The Stooges (current American tour has no dates after April 27th)
Nas (two day break between Salt Lake City on the 26th and Las Vegas on the 29th)
Mute Math (two day break between San Diego on the 26th and Tempe on the 29th)
Primal Scream
Less Likely:
Mew
Queens of the Stone Age
Yo La Tengo
The Polyphonic Spree
Chemical Brothers
Wu Tang Clan
Doubtful, but not Impossible:
Portishead
The Avalanches
Tom Waits
Pet Shop Boys
Fatboy Slim

Satellite Party won't be playing. They have scheduling conflicts.
I'm sorry that the Knife won't be there. I'd love to see Underworld, though!
Maybe they could add My Bloody Valentine after all.
I missed the Blood Brothers in 2005 because Coldplay was playing at the same time.
I liked COldplay, I do not care what others think. They are a great band and am interested in an album from them for 2008.
The Chemical Brothers have no April dates posted. But they are very active, playing several festivals in Europe.
Blood Brothers & Coldplay are (were) both excellent live, both very different obv. but it's a tough call if you're into both.
Chem' Bro's are Brilliant live and i imagine there lighting/visual show would be Perfect in a tent Or in the nightsky on the main stage at Coachella.
April - Coachella Festival, 2 Many DJ's, City & Colour, We Came As Romans.
May - Bonobo, Bring Me The Horizon, While She Sleeps, Architects, Hundredth, Fucked Up, Devil Wears Prada, Rolo Tomassi, Ed Sheeran.
June - Phospherescents, Download Festival, Glastonbury Festival.
July - Exit Festival, Lattitude Festival, WOMAD Festival.
August - Hevy Festival, Big Chill Festival, Leeds Festival.
September - Bestival.

Okkervil fucking River needs to be added.
Some post rock wouldn't hurt either. Gregor Samsa, Do Make Say Think, Mogwai...etc...
I'm beginning to think STP could really be a possible sleeve trick, but it's probably unrealistic.
And Calexico, that would be fantastic.
Ben Harper
G Love and Special Sauce
But seriously, it's all in my sig. A couple of them on Friday and a couple on Sunday would be perfect.
