how do you screencap with firefox?

well if you're on a PC, just hit the print screen button, then paste the image into a image program (photoshop, paint, whatever) then crop and save. If you're on a Mac you use I think it's apple+shift+4 or something like that, then your cursor turns into a cross hair, and you can highlight what you wanna screencap, then it saves it as a image (.png I think) then you can host it and post it!
