Thread: The Bird and the Bee

Default The Bird and the Bee

I just listened to their whole album and really enjoyed it, just want to know what other people think. I don't know if I will see them cuz they don't sound like they will be great live, but if there aren't any conflicts (there will be) then I am down.

I plan on checking them out of they are not too early or they don't conflict. Yeah - I'm not sure how they will be live either. Doesn't hurt if I don't have a pressing conflict. I like the song "Fucking Boyfriend" and "Again and Again" so far.

They're good, and I expect them to benefit from playing early in the day 'cause then more people will be inclined to check them out. If they're scheduled in the late afternoon, attendance at their stage will probably suffer after a couple of songs 'cause they're nothing too special live, just solid musicianship and vocals.

I saw them opening for Rilo Kiley. I was stoked too see them cuz their stuff I listened to on the internet sounded great but their live show was pretty weak.

Bird and the bee is one of the best bands at coachella. they are not weak live. I'd never heard of them but went to see them at a small venue and instantly fell in love w/ their music. I dont' think I dislike any of their songs.

I saw them when they opened for Rilo Kiley. Weak. The other opener, Grand Ole Party, kicked their ass.

I reeeally love the bird and the bee, so I'm hoping they step it up for Coachella cause I've heard their live set isn't so great, but I'll still be there front row.

I missed them at Coachella. I was in the front row at the main stage and did not want to give up my spot. They are so much better than damn Katy Perry.

I had an early night the night before since Jack Johnson was the headliner and was rewarded with being up in time fro the Bird and The Bee. Was a good set.
