Thread: possible for 2 15 year old to go?

  1. #1

Default possible for 2 15 year old to go?

ok so me and my friend live in jersey and are 15 and really wanna go. except tix are 250 or whatever and first we need to find out how to GET TO coachella, then we need to figuire out how we're going to sleep anywhere cause we cant go in the tent place cause it's 18+ and hotels are all 21+. what would be a price effective way to get there if we had to pay for 3 people to come from jersey and bring someone 21+ so we could get a hotel.

you could always get a ride from someone going to the festival from whatever offsite camping you stay at.

Tell your 21 years old friend to rent a car. There are some places that rent to underage persons with not so outrageous fees. Enterprise maybe?

My advice would be to ask your parents first. (Not that I did that when I was 15, but now I wish I had when a wild idea came up back then!) If you guys are 15, I'm guessin' they're about 30-40 years old, and they might get off on the music at Coachella with you! Is that price effective enough?

That would make for one of the most unforgetable weekends in your life too, I bet. As far as Roger Waters and Kraftwerk go, I'll see you guys there...along with Chromeo,Justice,Battles, etc,etc,etc...Don't let the age thing fool you!

it really would be and thats why i think he should come for the whole weekend with me since i am going alone. we would have a great time 2gether since we really havent spent time with eachother since i was 19(26 now). He doesnt really know any of the acts besides waters but i could turn him onto alot.

Last year, I took my 60 year old aunt with me on Friday and she had a blast. She wanted to go because she was never able to go to these things when she was younger. I think her favorite was Amy Winehouse. But I also turned her on to Jarvis Cocker.

Although it may be better just to go to APW, so you won't have to worry about hotel rooms and all of that.

If my mom were still alive and went with me, we would be found in the Sahara tent together! She loved to dance!
