Default Holy Fuck vs. Grizzly Bear

So Holy Fuck and Grizzly Bear are playing on the same night in LA. I don't know which one I should go to.

Grizzly Bear is playing with the LA Phil
    Holy Fuck is cheaper.

I like Holy Fuck more, but they will probably play for about an hour, or 50 minutes. I've never seen them to play longer than that, but they put an awesome show.

Holy Fuck is playing at Spaceland.

Grizzly Bear is playing at the Walt Disney Concert Hall.

Holy F**k > Grizzly Bear. Also with a Place To Bury Strangers as support, it will be a better time.

I would be really interested in seeing the Grizzly Bear show, since that is a one time thing. I would check it out if I had a ride there.

I am seeing Holy Fuck on Monday. I am excited. I have never really listened to A Place To Bury Strangers, but from what I have heard here, it sounds like they are an amazing live band. So I will have to see for myself.

Them playing with the LA Phil really puts it over the top, but i'm pretty sure I'll get stuck with shitty seats. Maybe I'll just wait until the day of the show and see if any of them sell out or which seats are available for Grizzly Bear.

I saw Holy Fuck and A Place To Bury Strangers last week.

Holy Fuck is fantastic. They can get the most dull crowd jumping around. Grizzly Bear would be hard-pressed to match the intensity of Holy Fuck, as well as stomping tunes like Royal Gregory and Super Inuit

Grizzly Bear are great live too. I saw them 4 times last year and loved every show. That's why I would pick APTBS and Holy Fuck, both bands are supposed to be excellent live.

I didn't see this before on the LA Phil page:

The first half of the concert (the LA Phil playing music chosen with Grizzly Bear) is now confirmed:

Los Angeles Philharmonic • Joana Carneiro, conductor
BOCCHERINI (arr. BERIO) Ritirata notturna di Madrid
BRITTEN Four Sea Interludes from Peter Grimes
    STRAVINSKY Firebird Suite (1919)

After a 20-minute intermission, Grizzly Bear will present their full set, without orchestra.
I thought it was going to be the LA Phil playing with Grizzly Bear during their songs, rather the LA Phil is just more of an opener.

The Grizzly Bear show is going to be amazing. I have tickets to both, but I'm going to Grizzly Bear. They're one of my favorite live bands, and this show will be absolutely fantastic.
