I was about to buy a ticket for the Shoreline show with my citicard, but then realized I would be in Europe at the time.
Anyways, if you have a citicard its the first 6 numbers of your account.

Hollywood Bowl tickets were $305.50 for Terrace (before TM charges.)

I think the lower level seats for the Shoreline were like $240, then they drop dramatically to $90 for upper level seats and then down to $40 for GA lawn.

I did the fan club thing for the Vegas show last year. Still got shitty seats. There should be less demand this year.

You only get one password per membership. Can't imagine that anyone would have actually joined the stupid thing and not used theirs.

Thanks for this,GPS,it worked for the Phoenix show!I got 2 Lawn for $115.00 and I don't have CitiBank,I just used my normal VISA the way I always do.The password got me to the look for tickets part though,thanks.I think if you go on Elvis Costello.com tomorrow at noon PHX time,that will also work,no pass required...

Cricket Pavilion has to be my least favorite venue. I've only been there 3 times in 18 years. Sitting on the lawn is like sitting in a park while there's a concert going on down the street. Can't imagine paying $57.50 for anyone, let alone $115.

-Saw Oingo Boingo opening weekend in 1990. Lawn tix were 2 for 1, so...$8 I think. This is the only Boingo show I have no memories of. It was like watching a video i-pod.

-Lollapalooza '94. I somehow got invited into one of the "luxury boxes". Still seemed pretty far from the stage. No security apparently, as people would just climb over the walls from the lawn into the boxes and stand on the tables until you start punching them.

-Curiosa Festival. Sprang for $50 reserved seats. I never knew there were reserved seats without shade. The lawn was 2 rows behind us. The seats are the same size and materials as those Playskool chairs at preschools.

I just used that Citi password for the cheap Bowl seats (thanks GPS). Section N is definitely doable. I figured this is the last time I will be able to see them and I need to make up for the Dodger Stadium show. That was the first show that ever negatively impacted my desire to listen to a band. I need to change that as the Police had been one of my favorite groups since I was 8 or so.

Cricket does suck, but it's a lot more manageable when you are in the front reserved sections.

I've seen a bunch of shows at Cricket.A couple Lollas way back.My girlfriend and I once went there to see Bruce Hornsby and Bonnie Raitt,and we had tix about 4th row somehow (I know I didn't buy them).When Hornsby was on,I just couldn't hang and I asked her if we could sit on the lawn for awhile.We were sitting there about 5 minutes,when a woman approached us and said she worked for Bonnie Raitt,and gave us front row tickets.We waited until she was gone and gave our original tickets to someone else and went and sat front row.Bonnie Raitt was pretty damn sexy when she played the slide.

Oh...$40 isn't bad, especially with EC on the bill. Last year, crap seats were $90. Now I really wish I would have waited. I saw them in Vegas, 100 degrees in June, Fiction Plane opening, retarded drunk secretaries babbling behind me. Your show will be better.

Edit: I can't believe I just spent that much money. My concert season is now fully booked. Hopefully nothing spectacular pops up until Fall.
