Now that we've had a month or so to really think about it, which albums made the biggest impression on you? I would have to say:
"Everything All The Time" by Band of Horses
"At War With The Mystics" by The Flaming Lips and
"You In Reverse" by Built to Spill
(not in any particular order)

junior boys - so this is goodbye
hot chip - the warning

lots of others but these are probably the 3 that i enjoy nearly as much as when i first heard them.

None Taken... I really enjoy Mystics. I dont understand how it could be viewed as "shit". I think it was a big step for the lips to continue to reinvent their sound, especially after the big "Do you realize??" boom that happened after "Yoshimi". Way more psychadelic and Experimental than Yoshimi (with the exception of "Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots pt.2"). No feelings hurt here, bro. I love that disc.

I agree regarding the Flaming Lips album, it is pretty awful. Haven't really been into them since Soft Bulletin. I agree about the Boris album, it's a fucking blast.
