I'm not sure what to post. I hope Portishead is in the lineup this year.

I just discovered this new band Peter, Bjorn and John. They are pretty mellow and have a Beatlesque, 60s pub kinda sound. They would be so perfect on the Outdoor early on Sunday.

Portishead would be so great at dusk.

I would like to see Peter Bjorn and John at Coachella! They would probably play very early despite the buzz. Though who knows, by Coachella time they may be drawing more interest.

As long as Portishead isn't scheduled the same time as David Bowie or the Pink Floyd reunion (Waters, Gilmour, Mason, Wright), I'm all for them playing. Oh yeah, and put Tom Waits on the main stage at sunset one day and Air on the main stage at sunset another day.

I don't think Tom Waits should perform onstage, but instead in a dirty, back-alley like location. Perhaps near the row of portapotties by the Sahara tent...between those and the tent selling stuff. He must be accompanied by one-eyed dwarves and other misfits, as well as be swilling whiskey from a bottle and doing lines off said dwarves. As a matter of fact, his band should be composed of various salty characters.

Mmm...Portishead. They've gotta be strapped for cash by now, so I'm sure if they were offered a big enough pay check, they'd take a break from not recording their next album. I mean, "Glory Box" was whored to a Nike commercial, for crying out loud.

Portishead on the main stage at dusk, a la Massive Attack, would be perfect, especially if they also get that 70 minute timelot

Valarie is such a bummer on Radiohead and Portishead. Is there another 'head you hate? All 'heads?

I don't care much for Radiohead either. I have a lot of good memories associated with Pablo Honey though and if they planned on playing any of the songs off PH I would check em out at Coachella. Unless REM is playing opposite.

I changed the channel during Billy Crystal's set. He's just not funny.

I thought George Lopez and D.L. Hughley were pretty funny. Seemed like everyone had a problem with the "live" environment of the show.
