02 Wireless Festival 2008

For those who are not familiar, this runs for 4-5 days each summer in Hyde Park. The days tend to be themed (IE Fri = Alternative, Sat = dance acts and Sun = Music for accountants.

First acts announced for the Saturday (5th July) are Fatboy Slim, Underworld and Bootsy Collins.

I must admit, the only reason i go to this every year is the rather convenent location (and the fact they serve Tuborg in the beer tents). The overall lineup tends to be so-so.

got to see them three times on their last tour, coachella 06, los angeles and vegoose 07, vegoose being my favorite set plus they exposed people to them who ordinarily would not have seen them and blew them away!

I'd heard he was doing a day. Saturday still looks good, Sunday as boring as hell (apart from the Hold Steady). I'll be in Australia now when this is on, so i haven't really been keeping up with who's been added.
