couldn't agree more. hopfully they don't conflict with anybody else i like, even though i would most likely see them over who else is playing.......there's going to be a lot of tough decision making this year. i personally love the line up and cant wait.....exept JJ of course

I saw this show in Seattle less than an hour ago. Super Furry Animals were crummy but Holy Fuck was SICK!!!! They're definitely on my list of must see acts at Coachella.

Holy Fuck were great. I hated the "We're too cool to move a muscle" hipster crowd.
My friend almost got into a fight with the Holy Fuck guys during Super Furry Animals since they were being loud and drunk, but after the show they came up to us and were very apologetic. One of them said something like "We hate it when guys talk at shows and now I'm that guy!"
I found it endearing. They are must see for me at Coachella, hopefully the crowd there won't have hipster sticks up their asses.

How is their album? I think its just called LP, right? I've only heard Lovely Allen which I love plus random youtube videos. So for those that have heard it, whats it like?

They have a drummer, bass, and then two tables full of switches, keyboards, synths, and every electric noise making machine you can think of. The sound is bass heavy, super danceable and all around bad ass. They switch keyboards between songs more than other bands change guitars.

yes he did....to me, they sounded a little sloppy & lethargic....but strangely all the songs sounded like they had the distortion cranked up, they sounded like a drunken bar rock band

Call me crazy, but I'd love to see them on the main stage during an early part of the day. I don't believe this is likely to happen & I guess it would kind of ruin the visuals they apparently have, but I'm all about gettin' sweaty in the sun while groovin' to their beats.
    what?

I was at the SFA/Holy Fuck show in Seattle as well. Pleasantly surprised by Holy Fuck and looking forward to seeing them at Coachella. I didn't think SFA were that bad though ... it wasn't the best show I've ever seen them do but it wasn't a dramatic failure by any stretch.

Everybody talken about "Lovely Allen's" is forgetting about the song that immediately follows on their record -- "The Pulse".

The two songs seamlessly flow into each other, to the point I had to add both on a recent playlist I made.

Great album and converted a lot of my friends to their music over the weekend.

Hopefully I can catch them live before Coachella.

holy fuck's latest LP is really good and solid throughout, one of the highlights last year at glastonbury they flat out rock, a priority for me at coachella, a must see.
