I think that staring at the cosmos is equivalent to staring into our own brain... And the big bang is the conceptual, theoretical birth of our mind.

And I think that Berkeleys solipsism is the best idealism because it's the most simple, and if we are going to be so dogmatically reductionistic with our mathematics and scientific theories, then it follows that we employ the same reductionism to our epistemological and metaphysical beleifs.

Not how the word is spelled. Also, please explain the specific differences between Berkeley's solipsism compared to any other form.

I was speaking more to his idealism compared to others like say Hegels or any kind of dualism.

Right. Berkeley turns solipsism into a fucking special needs case.

You can't take the existence of minds out of the equation. It defeats the whole fucking purpose. It's an arbitrary and shitheaded alteration to make to an otherwise perfect piece of philosophy.

Ahhh fuck it. Im just talking. I don't think that reductionism alone makes for good science anyways ... For all the reasons we know it doesn't.

We're talking about a woman who didn't even know she had HIV until literally moments before giving birth.

HIV was only one of this kids upcoming problems.

Dr. Hannah B. Gay, an associate professor of pediatrics, ordered two blood draws an hour apart to test for the presence of the virus’ RNA and DNA.
