I didn't notice any other Jamie T threads so I thought I'd start one.
I've included 2 of his songs ("If You've Got The Money" and "Sheila") on mixes,and they are both catchy as hell.Particularly "Sheila",which has a great sample of Kate Bush doing her screaming thing,when he says "London".
I'm wondering if anyone has seen him live,perhaps in the U.K.?

When I first picked up Jamie's album, I was underwhelmed. But, after repeated listens it became one of my favorite albums of 2007. I am very curious how his live show will stand up to the record.

It was easily my favorite album last year (and currently still). I'm just amazed it hasn't picked up more exposure.

I'm so bored with all the straight-forward indie (pseudo-indie) rock out there. It's great to have something different and fun to listen to.

As an Englishman I can safely say that Jamie T is a great artist. I like his whole first album, particularly "Ike and Tina" and "Back in the Game".

One of the highlights of the lineup for me.
