You decide.
MGMT
The National
You decide.
Heh, the other one I was going to use was "what say you?"
Faux News heh. They are funny on that network.
Anyway, i'm really diggin the MGMT album. The national "boxer" is damn good as well. I think MGMT edges out the National but it's just barely. These are 2 huge acts i'm looking forward too. This MGMT is better than GASP the Arcade Fire and don't get me wrong I love them too but this album is really blowing me away.
Depending on how good they perform live, I think MGMT win over a lot of people at Coachella. I enjoyed most of the songs off they're new album.
It's just so fucking solid. I love the lyrics. I dig a new song each day better than the previous. Now i'm onto weekend wars.
I voted for MGMT by a hair though. I think both bands are great. I'm happy that they are playing on different days so no chance of a time conflict.
Very excited for both bands. I think MGMT in a tent with a packed, crazy crowd will be more enjoyable to me, though.
MGMT! Definitely!
MGMT is the Depeche Mode rip off right?
MGMT is going to be fucking amazing! Last show i went to i actually smoked them out, they're the shit
MGMT for the win!
Upcoming Shows:
Pitchfork Festival: 7/19 @ Union Park
Mountain Oasis Festival: 10/25-27
In my mind, the MGMT performance rocks our fucking faces off at Coachella.
I love both, but after seeing MGMT in jan. people are in for a show
I have no idea. Maybe because The National is given far too much sucking of its cock by this board?
MGMT.. I haven't heard too much of them, but I really like their single, so it's convinced me to see them at Coachella..
OUTKAST 2014
Röyksopp, FC Kahuna, Télépopmusik, The Knife, RJD2, Futue Sound of London, The Avalanches, 808 State, Zero 7, Tycho, Mr. Scruff
I'm a fan of both, but Boxer was one of my favorites in '07. However, I'm really starting to get into the new MGMT album.
I voted MGMT...maybee because I was watching this video
MGMT has only put out one album...and the national has put out 4, all of which are good
Definitely MGMT.
The National. I love Alligator, and they were amazing when I saw them in 05.
Oracular Spectacular is good (not great), but I haven't seen them live yet.
I plan on seeing both, but I have seen the National a few times and have never been disappointed. My mind MIGHT be changed after I see them both at Coachella, but I doubt it. The National have spent a few years earning a place in my heart, while I just started listening to MGMT.
Current vote: The National.
