you seem so offended that her touring agency didn't make coachella a top priority. sometimes tours are just routed differently. she obviously wasn't going to be in the area at that time. it happens. coachella is not the end all.

Wow. Um, the point you aren't grasping is that playing Coachella is in no way, shape, or form selling out (unless you're Fugazi). But even if it were a sellout move, then yeah, after iPod and Verizon Chocolate commercials, why not make it a trifecta. So the absensce of Feist defies all logic. I know not every great act can, or should, play a given year, but it's looking like the most logical answer is she was never really courted, and there are a lot of artists that weren't even invited this year, so it's not a big stretch.

In any case, it's a surprise of the disappointing sort.
