We all have known the movie is a go for a while... why is this big news now?

Because Ragey, nothing is ever "a go" in the movie business until it actually happens. They've been chatting every now and then about a movie but always gave the same answer. Don't get me wrong, I would literally be the first person in line for this movie but im just not getting my hopes up

I started rewatching this series last night. It's full of so much fucking gold. I really think Season 3 sucked though. I found the Charlize Theron episodes to be mostly unwatchable but at that point they knew it was just about over and the product placement and celebrity appearances weren't gonna help. They created more obstacles for the writers than anything I think. One and Two are damn near flawless though.

Fakin' It and Family Ties are some of the best episodes in the series.

I'll rewatch. I gave up halfway through that season, I really was not satisfied with anything I was seeing outside of some Rob Loblaw stuff. I'll probably start with season 1 and just go through them all in order anyway.

Season 3 is definitely the weakest one but it's still brilliant. The Charlize Theron stuff grew really old really fast and you could kind of tell they knew the show was ending fast

    BOB Loblaw.

The plot around the Charlize Theron episodes was lame, but I thought she was hilarious. Gawddamn, when she is jumping on the bed and then just falls down and goes to sleep...hilarious.

I just ripped Season 3 to WMV last night so I can watch it when I fly back east.

Season 3 had some weak moments but when they showed what Charlize Theron's charcter's real issue was it was one of the funniest moments in the history of the show. I see most of the first few episodes were just setting up that big joke.

Charlize Theron's thing had some absolutely hysterical moments. And it was entirely worthwhile just for the "Mis-tah F!" sting that came along with her.

"It's still being written and my guess is that is will be shot some time next year," Bateman added. "I have a feeling that Mitch [Hurwitz] is halfway done writing it. We'll probably shoot it middle of next year and then for however long things take to get cut and marketed, so maybe the first part of 2011 I would imagine. That's just a guess."
Jason Bateman in a recent interview. just lots of speculating on his part unless he's just toying with us

    here we go

Speaking exclusively with ComingSoon.net on Sunday at the press junket for When in Rome, Will Arnett confirmed that an Arrested Development feature film should go into production sometime this year.

"I'm so glad you asked that," joked Arnett, who has been questioned about the series' fate since it went off the air in 2006. "It's very refreshing. We are working on the movie right now, yeah... We don't have a completed script yet, but it's forthcoming and we're going to make the movie this year."

^^^ bummer. I dont blame him for his negativity though. Arrested Development has always had bad luck.

I really hope he is wrong though, seeing the never-nude in action again would be humor
    G-funk acquired, thank you Coachella
