I think the sleeping arrangements will be fine for 7, I dunno though, cus I've never been there before. Maybe they bend the rules a bit for coachella weekend knowing that there are gonna be a ton of people there with the purpose to party. But maybe that is wishful thinking. Cus I know if I had a room by the pool, and there were people on god knows what/drunk making noise I might be mad if I were not there for the festival weekend I might be pissed.

i think we fit 10 people in a 2 bedroom before so you should be fine. only 4 of us went to the front desk, the rest waited in the parking lot.

Well, someone is renting me a 2 bedroom place there for around $650. I think it's a good deal and we're 6. I'm just not sure how to proceed and do the whole arrangement/deal with the person that's gonna rent it to me.

What should I ask for so I know I'm not getting duped?

I just booked a two bedroom suite (1 king, 2 twins, and a bed that comes down from the wall in the living room) there for $259 a night for 4 nights. I called them directly at the number on their website and then they transferred me to their "non-member" reservation place. I'd honestly just call them directly, but that's coming from someone who doesn't trust random people.

No shuttle, cab maybe. It's really only a couple of miles from the grounds. The place is littered with festival goers, just makes some friends and bum a ride.

Just booked my place, I'm hoping to get that sweet 1st floor corner spot like last year. The back "patio" extending out into the grass, so I just chilled out there and met all sorts of characters all weekend.

i've stayed at the one in las vegas and that one was pimp as fuck. last year we stayed at a hotel in palm springs (so far from empire polo fields) and the 2 years prior we stayed in rancho mirage. im stoked about staying at this place. hope there are after parties....
