looks like a nice place but I like to be a little closer to the festival.
I love my strip motel on indio blvd!!! And it's totally centrally located
I stayed at Palm Mountain Resort last year, it was pretty good. Really close to Ruby's diner, which is excellent for breakfast. Also I had an extra ticket for Sunday and I sold it to a girl at the front desk. She was pretty excited to see Rage.
extended stay in palm springs last year, travellodge in palm springs this year.
I'm going to put your sidekick in my mojito.

I haven't camped in 9 years. I may camp again, but it'll be only on my terms. My terms exclude me from camping someplace where the sun will wake me up before 7am and jackasses will be hootin n' hollerin all night.
I, sir, will stay in a hotel with a soft bed, a/c, a hot private shower, a mini fridge and carpet.

3 of us guys are staying at the Palm Mountain Resort as well...flying in from Mexico on Thursday the 24th, Coachella first-timers all of us and absolutely stoked about going this year!
We're thinking about taking it easy on Thursday, maybe drive around Palm Springs, do some shopping and then go barhopping...come Fri-Sun, looking forward to, among many others, Kraftwerk, Portishead, Ed Banger/Justice folk, Modeselektor, and Cafè Tacuba, of course!
Would be delighted to hear from people staying there or in the vicinity who'd like to meet up for a chat and a drink...
