what bugs me is that some people think that goldenvoice actually pays attention to these forums

the board started the whole idea of receiving input from the fans to incorporate into the festival, mostly for band selection. it started here and eventually included MySpace suggestions. they wouldn't ask if they didn't care.

goldenvoice actually does pay a lot of attention to the message board. it's a good way for them to see first hand from the fans, any mistakes they're making and what they can do to improve. one point being, they probably won't book jack johnson again until there is a demand for him.

it's as if you think goldenvoice made this message board just so people would have something to do until coachella rolled around.

Well just a few days ago someone made a better looking poster eliminating the days and now it's on the main page so maybe they do take input from this here board.
