Friday is actually really strong, Boourns.

No, it's really not. There are some great acts, but not as many as the other days, and Jack Johnson, Tegan and Sara, Madness, The National, Slightly Stoopid stinking up most of the top slots create an unfortunate imbalance.

Who are you coming for? Sunday's the strongest, to me. Roger Waters, MMJ, Justice, The Streets, Metric, Annuals, and Shout Out Louds are all great, and even though I don't like Gogol Bordello, I'm psyched to see them live.

It did get worse, losing Les Savy Fav, but oh well.

For me - Spiritualized and SMD are the only 2 i'm excited about. I've seen everyone else on sunday and some of my least favorite bands are playing that day - Autolux, Gogol, My Morning Jacket, Love and Rockets, Roger... the list goes on for awfulness..

Wow, Friday just got even weaker and Saturday got stronger.

For me, the days are pretty evened out now. There wasn't much on Saturday I was excited for, but Man Man and Animal Collective are two bands I really want to see, and now they have less of a chance of conflicting with other bands I wanna see. Really happy with these moves.

And yeah something is definately gonna be added for Sunday.

My Morning jacket is not a jam band. at least not in the traditional sense. theri shows are not comparable to Grateful Dead or Phish stuff. The Mars Volta is more a "jam" band than MMJ.

Plus on the radio broadcast they said he'll be doing Pink Floyd songs, then DSotM, followed by more songs from The Wall. Personally I'd be happy if they gave him a nice 3 hour time slot.

I'd say My Morning Jacket jam more than Mars Volta although some nights the Volta will just sit and jam for an hour and a half, but they always were one of those bands that's on or off (jam=off).

Sunday is a full 9 acts shorter than Friday and 14 shorter than Saturday... should be interesting to see what gets added on

MUCH MUCH longer sets on Sunday than the rest of the days Roger waters and Spiritualized = 5 hrs off the mainstage but this is all speculation, Friday and Saturday i would figure will just have shorter sets = more bands. But only reason i say this is because you probably get your hopes up on rumors and then get mad at goldenvoice...
