the presale is exactly the same 12-hour presale they had last year. last year they had 2 presales, one was 3 day (with ducat king) and one was 12 hour (with ticketmaster).

The goldenvoice presale is at the same time and uses the same password as the KROQ presale so it's probably going to be the same price. $249.

Hahaa that would be some funny stuff. But it's probably legit considering that Coachella has a special relationship with KROQ. KROQ sponsors the fest and in turn gets dibs on an on-site promotion tent, tickets to give away to its listeners through contests and (usually) first announcement of the lineup on air. Looks like this year that deal included a presale.

I didn't get a KROQ e-mail regarding the presale, but I did get one from Coachella. I'm on KROQ's list (street team too) and regularly get pre-sale announcements for concerts, so I'm not sure what was different this time. Maybe kroqken sent it, haha.
