I know what they use, I saw them spin "up close" before you probably even knew of their existence. They won't be playing a DJ set at Coachella.

you didn't mention a-trak.. he would easily run circles around everyone on your list... basically everyone on your list is a button pusher and plays the CDJ's.. Fat Boy is probably the only one who still plays / mixes vinyl, but not like a-trak..

Depends on your definition of best dj. best track selection? best production? best mixing ability? I've seen every dj on the list except Pendelum. Although i dont like prog trance. S&D are the best djs as far as mixing. Fatboy is the best performer. Uffie shouldnt even be in this poll cause she is horrible. Im a better dj than her. Diplo should be included in the poll. On a good day when he's not doing too much baile funk heavy set and more hip hop he is awesome.

There are only a few great acts:

Fatboy Slim
Tenaglia
Adam Freeland
Sasha and Digweed
Justice
Kraftwerk

That would be an awesome lineup for ONE DAY... but they are spread out through the weekend.

best dj on this list by far fatboy slim, followed by sasha n digweed, and justice are the worst dj they just have good dope tracks, uffie should not be on the list.

You totally left James Zabiela off this poll. I've seen him, Sash and Digweed, and Junkie XL live, and it is no contest. Zabiela puts on a hell of a show.

I know they play live (though they do dj sets sometimes - check out their ESSENTIAL MIX from DEC. 29 07 it is amazing) but they are definitely the most intense, craziest, dancing in the air electro band at coachella. Plus Kraftwerk and Justice and Fatboy will all probably be doing live sets (ie. sequencers and drum machines etc) rather than dj sets (turntables and a mixer) so I don't see why they shouldn't count just cuz they throw in some guitars and bongo drums as well.

THERE IS NO WAY TO DESCRIBE THE INTENSITY OF THIS SHOW, it was NOTHING like their album, just a crazy intense set with no breaks of steady beats and insane dancing. all who saw them last year know what I mean, definitely not to be missed.

If by 'best dj' you mean the dj who has good skills, regardless of the music he/she plays, I probably would go with James Zabiela.

Pendulum used to do awesome dj sets, good track selection and the guys knew what they were doing. Last time I saw them was 2-3 years ago, so I have no idea if they have improved it. This year they will be doing a live act, though, so don't miss them.
