The Knife should have played Coachella.......

After i heard silent shout and some of their previous work last year , i had no doubt that The Knife would play Coachella ...but there aren't so that blows . They would have fit in perfectly somewhere around friday evening , anyone else think so??

man , i had no idea she was pregnant either , i'm pretty sure they would have owned friday and most likely played the sahara tent but , what can ya do . Maybe next year , i don't see why they wouldn't play next year.

Maybe we can get The Knife to come next year. I hear they're pretty reclusive so giving them a year to think about it will make them realize Coachella is a perfect venue for them.

They won't. They said after the US tour they were going to take time off and work on their solo projects. Plus, their show relies too much on projections and intricate stage design to logically work at coachella. They're awesome live, but it wouldn't have happened.

they'll probably play at Coachella 2013. I think they said they were going to take 6 years off.

man! that sucks. i was secretly hoping they would be there. then again, i was unaware karin was pregnant until after the line-up was released. oh well. the line-up is great, can't wait any longer!!
