No shit, but given that I'm flying in to LAX... sometime after we get our rental and leave the airport we are going to stock up on food, water, and booze. Given that I can't find this stuff online so easily, I just wanted to get an idea.

bacardy , shoul be like 10 bucks i a 7-11 , those are open 24/7, or if you are driving in a Walmart or any super market close to I-10, you might want to stop after you pass I -15, where you have better traffic conditions..

Maybe $15 for the rum or $13 for an 18-pack of cheap beer (Coors, Miller, Tecate, etc).

That's just an estimate -- I don't know exactly because I mostly buy smaller quantities!

booze is dirt cheap in America compared to Canada. I got a 12 of COLD Labatt Blue for 10 bucks in Wisconsin and a 40 of Smirnoff for like 30 bucks

stop at a grocery store & just buy like 3 30 packs of beer, Budweiser or bud light and get some Corona's 24 pack for like 20-24$ a case depending on what sells there are at the store buy a big fucken bottle of bacardi for like 20-25$ and your set homies ralphs,wal-mart,food 4 less all have good cheap prices dont buy beer at a gas station more expensive, thats what i do substitute bacardi for a bottle of Tequila though damn but im an alchoholic so i dunno how much u can hang

I know Laphroaig is around $30 for the 10 year old. Lagavulin I'm not sure about.

For reference, you can get a bottle of jim beam here for about $35. Laphroaig is about $90 a bottle. Bowmore is about $55.

You can get laphroaig 1L for $70, but I like the $35AUD or so you are offering there. I can taste it all now!

Bevmo has an entire aisle full of scotch.

if you put a bottle of scotch in your tent, they arent exactly going to make you unpack your suitcase to search, and then check the inside of the tent! It's not like they're gonna x-ray you or anything....a nice bottle of scotch would go down well over the weekend - not gonna get pissed off it - just nice to have a good scotch in the morning to wake you up ;-)
