If you keep going past the ticket trailers and ATM's you'll see the VIP/camping entrance. For some reason, there hasn't been a sign for it since 2004. It's like this:

People must run really fast because I was the first one through the camping entrance on Sunday last year and the merch booth was already overcrowded.

I'm just trying to get an idea, using google earth and the previous map, of where i'll be camping, where i go to register for camping, and how to get from the campsite to the show. it looks like the entrance for campers and non campers are right next to each other. I just don't like driving 2100 miles to be completely lost. i'd rather get there, set up and then get "lost". hahaha

Way far away. Allow for at least an hour to get off the freeway, into the parking lot, and walk from your car to the festival.
