Thoughts on Bruce Springsteen @ Coachella?

This isn't so much a "I WISH HE WERE PLAYING @ COACHELLA" thread as much as it is a curiosity thread. I'm wondering what your thoughts of Bruce being at Coachella OR if you'd see him if he were to perform.

With his new album getting great reviews and his name being mentioned by so many new up and coming bands, I don't think it'd be completely out of the question for him to play. I don't know how likely it is, but it'd be cool.

His fans alone ruin the experience...I just saw him a few ago and the fans ruined the experience...oh and that rediculous facial expression he gets on his face that looks like he's pinching a loaf...other than that he and his JAM!!!

I'd watch him, but don't think he'd be a popular choice with some of the more blinkered festival goers.

I think its hard to get a headliner that will appeal to EVERYONE that goes to the festival. Sure there are a few bands here n there that can pull it off, but at this point they'd be repeat headliners (Radiohead) and people would probably complain about that.

hell yea, id watch for sure! not a huge fan or anything, but have mad respect for him. always wanted to see him, but he didnt play sd on his tour, and i probably wouldnt have wanted to pay whatever he was chargin anyway. but if hes at coachella, id be stoked.

since it's always been a Coachella hallmark to have bands that have been influential to the current crop of artists making good tunes, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band would definitely work.
