This is gonna be a safe fest! I'm bang up for it. I'm travelling from Lincolnshire. Does anyone know the deal about alcohol? It won't be a proper festival without drinking through the night!

Cool Re: Any other Brits travelling to see Rage?...

Wow looks like there are quite a few insane music heads going then, not just me! Woop woop. What's this 'GA33' thing all about? There ain't seating is there? God I hope not. What date is everyone flying out on? We're thinking of going out for 10 days or something. It would be good if somehow all the people from the UK could meet up and say hiiiiiiiii at the festival. Maybe flags on the campsite? Hmmmm x

And MY GOD!! What a lot of $$$$ you're gonna spend if you Taxi it to the festival!!!

The cost of a Taxi from PSP (Palm Springs Airport) to the festival will begin to approach what your airfare to cross the Atlantic cost you!!

It's over 20 miles driving distance from PSP!!!

What we NEED to do, all of us coming from many thousands of miles away like myself is to POOL our resources and work in cooperation to make sure we can all get to the festival from PSP, CHEAPLY and easily.

Big up the West Midlands massive! There's no seating, and I'm flying out on the 25th and staying for 10 days, good plan There's a vague plan to camp together, but who knows how it'll pan out...

Hells yeah, flying over from Leeds with a friend, the two of us and my girlfriend were talking about it and worked out that tickets+flights+living would be about £700 and couldn't think of a better way of spending it. Then my girlfriend realised she had exams and things that week so she's couldn't go, I had the tough decision to make: which do I care more about, her or Rage... Best decision I ever made.

We're flying to San Fran. on the 23rd and flying back from LA on the 1st. Will we need internal flights or trains or busses or what?

No problem, just do something really caring and understanding like this.... Phone her ten minutes before rage hit the stage and say "How's the boring revision going by yourself? Oh, really dull? Woah, sorry, got to go, I'm about to see rage against the machine with 70,000 nutters from round the world in the Californian desert, byeeeee"

Should cheer her up no end.
