Throw something jazzy at someone you will feel even better.

I just "threw" a jazzy spelling/vocabulary quiz at my students, so that has elevated my mood a bit - especially considering they are all doing surprisingly well.

don't let Randy see this. He will tell you that you're wrong and that you really want your students to fail. And that you want to humilate them. He doesn't get the part about taking professional pride in doing a job well, he just thinks all teachers are out for no good. Because, you know, in Randy's world, it's all about him.

I'm gonna throw a jazz quartet at a school teacher on my lunch break.

Im hoping that some item such as an eraser at lets gets tossed at a student, not likely. Candy and sugar should be tossed freely though. oh and jazz quartets.

They don't let us give out candy as a reward/bribe anymore. Something about the kids being too fat.

A whole jazz quartet would hurt a lot. How 'bout just a trumpeter?

Busllshit! fat kids are jolly kids. I was fat as shit as a kid then I hit puberty and lost it. Sugar free candy.

Why are you talking at length about Wang? He hasn't even been brought up. Now we're in for it. Nice thinking.

I agree - bullshit. Surprisingly, I never thought of sugar free candy.

I'm not afraid to break the rules. In fact today, I am wearing a hat. My beret puts me in a better than mediocre mood.

Thank you. This is a mediocre thread. We don't need to derail it.

I wish they'd stop giving out candy at my kids' school. They get candy every freaking Friday it seems and MORE near holidays.

On that note, my boss just handed me a mug full of Palmer's foil-wrapped Christmas-themed chocolate. Nummy!

I'm eating a feijoa, and it looks like it's going to stop raining, so I'm feeling pretty dang ok right now.

My grandmother just spent 40 minutes explaining to me how she uses a calendar to keep track of dates with her three boyfriends in her retirement community, to prevent herself from accidentally giving them unequal time.

Every morning I have to drive to work and it is about 25 miles one way … but the entire way I get to look at the beautiful mountains with the sun coming up to light them up …. “the purple mountains majesty” verse was suppose to have been thought of when he was looking at these very mountains … how could I not be in a good mood …. Merry early Christmas everyone … canx**
